Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in China, Europe, and the United States. Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 7-14 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary based on customer location, demand/availability of product and shipping warehouse location.

Q. How long will it take to dispatch the order?

A. The order(s) will usually be dispatched between 1-2 business days. While in peak times or holidays (United States, European or Asian), it may take up to 5 business days to dispatch.

Q. Do you ship Worldwide?

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. YES! We offer completely FREE shipping on ALL our products!

The only time you will pay shipping is if you request expedited shipping.

A. Our company's headquarters are located in the United States in Maryland while our warehouses and vendors are throughout China, the USA and Europe.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where you are located and if you order more than 1 piece. There are no customs charges for orders shipped to the United States.
